Google releases Picasa for the Mac

Technology

Finally! Google today announced Picasa for the Mac. Although it’s still a beta release, the application looks good and performs well. If you don’t know about Picasa, it’s a neat app that allows you to manage your photo library and does an excellent job of integrating with Picasa Web Albums.

The Mac version still needs work, for instance the current release does not support geo-tagging or webcams. Hey, it’s a start and we’re thankful!
